Fine has signed an agreement with the Garrahan Foundation to support its program for Casa Garrahan in Argentina.

Following same model that FINE  implemented with AACD in Brazil and  Save The Children in Mexico and Colombia, we are also giving in Argentina an option to doctors who prefer to donate instead of receiving payments in their bank account.

Funds will go to Casa Garrahan which was inaugurated on March 25, 1997 and pays special attention to the social and emotional needs of patients and their families.

Provides a home for children, together with their mothers, who reside more than 100 kilometers from the City of Buenos Aires and are cared for in the Elizalde, Garrahan or Gutiérrez public hospitals and stay while they undergo outpatient medical treatments or await diagnoses of complex diseases that do not require hospitalization.

It accommodates around 1000 children per year. Casa Garrahan has: 43 rooms with private bathrooms. Large kitchens. Living room, games and computer room. Library. Laundry room. Playgrounds. 3 rooms with multiple purposes. . Educational workshops and training space.
